Define your soul. Mercy or Vengeance?
Omari is a boy raised on peace, warned by his father that the "way of the spear" is a curse. But when the Majabalis army burns his home and murders his father before his eyes, peace dies with them.
Rescued by the mysterious Wakora Tribe - a clan of outcasts hiding in a stone fortress - Omari is trained in the brutal arts of stealth, combat, and deception. Under the tutelage of the manipulative Twandy and the fierce Abasi, the boy Omari dies. The assassin Zuberi is born.
His mission: infiltrate the capital city of Kirinyaga disguised as a war orphan, gain the trust of King Jabari, and strike when the tyrant sleeps. But as Zuberi stands over the King with a dagger, he realizes he is a pawn in a much darker game played by sorcerers and spirits.
GAMEPLAY & VISUAL MECHANICS
VERTICAL STEALTH: Navigate the high beams of ancient palaces, using shadows and architecture to gain the advantage. See Visual: The Hallway Assassination.
MORAL CHOICE SYSTEM: The narrative pauses at critical junctures (e.g., "Drop the Dagger" vs "Strike"), allowing the player to define Zuberi's soul.
DYNAMIC COMBAT: A mix of historical weaponry (spears, shields, and knobkerries) and mystical abilities tied to the Dream Realm.
A WORLD OF SHADOW & STONE
Kingdom Africa moves beyond the bright, saturated tropes of "safari Africa." We present a world of Grit, Shadow, and Stone.
Move beyond the myths. Kingdom Africa is built on authentic history, bringing the dry-stone architecture of Thimlich Ohinga and the traditions of the Himba and Kikuyu people. Authentic History: Grounded in the real archaeology and the different African tribes and kingdoms.
The Aesthetic: We employ a "Cinematic Noir" visual style, characterized by high-contrast chiaroscuro lighting, volumetric moonlight, and hyper-tactile 8 K textures. It is a world where firelight reveals secrets and shadows hide monsters.
